Return & Exchange Policy
At Miylavish Extensions, we take pride in the quality of our hair and your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have a strict return and exchange policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns on hair extensions once they have been opened, worn, or tampered with in any way. This policy is in place to protect all of our customers and ensure product integrity and cleanliness.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused, unaltered hair within 2 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please email us at miylavishextensions@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or believe your product is defective, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, promotional bundles, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Local Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policy
We offer local pick-up and drop-off services for your convenience. If you’re located within our service area, you can select this option at checkout.
Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us within 2 days if there are any issues.
Simple Local Pick-Up & Meeting Policy
We’re happy to offer local pick-ups and scheduled drop-offs for customers in our service area.
• Pick-Up: We’ll provide a location and available time slots after your order is placed.
• Drop-Off: We’ll contact you to coordinate a meeting point.
• Please be on time. We allow a 10-minute grace period before rescheduling is required.
• All exchanges must be scheduled separately and follow our standard policy (unopened, unused, etc.).
